Dahn is the average looking Korean, nothing about him is amazing or stands out. The way he likes it to be, as it allows him to simply blend with the crowds. He stands at a reasonable 5’9, remaining within the middle of the height band for his year group. His body is well toned, though normally hidden; with an active life style he has little fat upon his body. Which can be seen as a bad thing for many people around him, at times even he sees it at a negative. His hair is short and dark in color [though can at times hold highlights], and normally well kept, a bit of gel here and there to hold the shape he desires. The shape itself varies from day to day, but he will normally spend some time working on it. He is one that can easily assume any look, give him a bit of time and he can change his appearance to fit a situation.
His clothing is normally plain and nothing that costs a lot; he is not one of the people that will only wear brand names. Most of the time the clothing he wears lacks any brand name, let alone a well known one. He will happily head down to a charity shop to get a top, in the end he does not care as long as the clothing fits and keeps him warm. This normally leads him to wearing plain colored tops and a simple pair of jeans. His shoes are normally a wide pair of skate shoes, and cost a pretty penny. Perhaps Vans of Osirus, these are normally the most expensive part of his clothing. Along with his clothing there is normally one item that never leaves his possession, this being his longboard. Which is roughly forty inches long with a fair amount of custom design put onto it, the money saved from clothing is normally put towards this. If you see him going moving around campus, the chances are he is upon the longboard and looking for a good hill to ride down.
personality
Dahn follows a path of deceit, and he has followed it for a long time. He has come to learn through his life that having a veil of unknown or at least doubt can be a great deal of help to someone like him. His is a skilled liar, having done it for so long he has been able to remove most of his tell tales and keep the calm boyish look upon his face, not raising any suspicion. Which helps his manipulation, which he does little of these days, though it is a useful skill to posses. Not the best at the art, there are many within the school that could blow him out of the water though his proficiency in the area is certainly above par.
Dahn seems to be the average teenager, like everyone else he enjoys time with his group of ‘friends’ and has many of his own hobbies. From physical activities such as Tae kwon do, to things more relaxed, such as reading the words of Sir Arthur Doyle. More precisely the stories of Sherlock Holmes, a person [though fiction] has affected him a great amount. With time he has come to become more like the genius with the books, attempting in his own way to create the ‘science of deduction.’ Something which can be seen quite early on in a conversation, sitting down with a stranger and being able to tell them about their past with a glance. Many people seem to think it is one of his powers, which he does not mind, after all that is their own miss interpretation. He has no need to go and correct them.
His intelligence is something to boast about, though it would not seem that way. His grades are nothing amazing, he will get an A here and there but the majority are mixtures of Cs and Bs. Though he has no need for a piece of paper saying he got a grade in English, he does not plan on following the same path as every other person on the planet. Even before he saw Amagi Miroku, he was determined to break from the mould and rise above the average person. The planning for that started many years ago, the first step was to get a group of like individuals of certain thoughts. Later named the ‘True Rebellion,’ a way for him to survey the school and area though many eyes along with having a larger than average ‘sphere of influence.’
Up until Sophmore years Dahn was a very violent individual, though he was careful with who he thought with. It is not that he was a bully, nor did he have any deep seated hatred. It was simply a love for a fight, the rush of adrenaline he got when he saw a punch or kick coming towards him. Giving him a name as a ‘violent hooligan’ among many students and staff, though after many hours with a therapist [and perhaps a mind reader] the violence quickly begun to decrease. Though he is not one to cower from a fight, though he is no longer able to be goaded into combat.
Through these fights, and many of things, it became quite obvious that Dahn had a great deal of greed. Mainly for influence it seemed, it became obvious he enjoyed having people ‘under the thumb’ and aspired to having a fair amount of people following him.

powers
Force field generation – Dahn is capable of one type of force field generation at this time, that being called barrier generation. It is the simplest part of this power and simply creates a field of force, be it psychic or psionic, and allows him to stop things from passing the selected boundary. The fields generated can be flat, and of varying thickness, or a complete sphere around him. Though for the wall he has a limited size, ten squared metered, and with the sphere his radius can only extend up to five meters with him as the origin. The fields are solid and capable of withstanding up to 250 Newtons of force [Equal to a 1kg mass accelerating at two-hundred and fifty meters per second]. Over time the force the field takes will stack, meaning they can shatter after enough strikes.
For the time being, neither of these powers work via an empathic link.
Telekinesis – This is the ability to exert of a force upon an object without an visible means. Meaning Dahn is capable of pulling or pulling an object, up to a maximum of 350 Kg [50Kg per level], at a maximum acceleration of one meter per second. He is capable to exert multiple forces upon one subject, or multiple subjects, but the total force cannot exceed 350 Newtons [50N per level]. The range of this ability is only thirty-five meters [5m per level] for the time being, but the strength of the power does not vary with distance, the power is constant throughout the distance.
power levels:
Force field generation – Power level five.
Telekinesis – Power level seven.
Note - Please keep in mind that the powers can not be used at the same time more than one post her round, until he has a total power level of 15.
strengths:
- Liar – Dahn is a skilled liar, able to spin a tale without raising too much suspicion. Some people can see through them, though they themselves are normally accomplished liars in their own right.
- Deduction – Dahn has a great eye of deduction, which when coupled with his intellect can be a great asset. Allowing him to learn of people’s powers after a first meeting, and assisting him in creating plans.
- Tae kwon do – His skill within the art is of a high standard, though he is not labeled as a genius, he simply worked hard for many years to attain the skill he now has. Holding the rank of first gup [one under first Dan] and is at the time training for his first Dahn.
weaknesses:
- Greed – Dahn is the personification of the word Avaritia, greed. Dahn has many desires in his life, gaining power, reputation along with many others things. He is willing to do almost anything to attain these things, though his boundaries are not even known to him. A person, if smart enough, could easily manipulate Dahn though his greed for the things listed above. It may or may not work, depending on what is possible for Dahn to gain weighed against the risks.
- Paranoid – He does not suffer from ‘paranoia’ enough to be labeled ‘paranoid’ in the eyes of doctors. Though trust is something he certainly lacks, and as a result pushes many people away from him, forcing him to stand alone against many problems. This is one reason why he is strong, and has a sense of leadership. Though no single person can take on all threats before them, at times team work is needed which Dahn lacks and will pay highly for. On top of that, Dahn can treat people as threats when they are far from one, damaging future relationships along with creating a lot of hassle for himself.
- Arrogance – Something that will most likely cause the death of him, Dahn seems himself as being the best within the school. Though this is not true, it does not stop him from thinking that way. He will take on challenges that are obviously beyond him, as he sees no challenge hard enough for him
self. This will, with time, lead to serious injuries and perhaps even death. Along with pushing people away, no one likes a giant ego.
habits:
- Fidget – Dahn is not a person that enjoys staying still for long, even when lying down in his bed his toes will be constantly moving. It is not that he will end up jumping around the room, though he will constantly tap his fingers or toes if boredom begins to set in.
- Double check – Due to his slight paranoia Dahn has learnt to double check everything he does, increasing the time it takes for him to do a simple job. Though, at the end of the day it is of a higher standard when compared to other people. Yet sometimes he does not realize just how long he spends on a simple thing.
- Practice – Be he annoyed, or simply bored, training is something he normally does to entertain himself or to just give him something to do. This is one reason why his power levels are higher than expected for his age, a great amount of time is spent on increasing his control of the power.
goals:
- Understanding – Dahn’s first main goal is to gain a stronger understanding about his own powers, and hence a greater level of control. This is something achieved through hours of training and teaching from the school, one reason he has not yet become a drifter.
- Amagi Miroku – This is a person that interests Dahn greatly, and is one of the few people that can strike fear into Dahn’s heart. He does not hate the man, though he does not fully agree with what he stands for. Dahn is, in a sense, very much on the fence about Amagi and what he stands for, yet meeting the man would be an interesting event. Perhaps allowing Dahn to learn how the man attained so much power.

- Intelligence: though far from a genius, Dahn's intelect is far above average. He has been able to keep his grades at average and not do anything to cause anyone to see him as above average, thankfully.
- Cats: not a fan of them, not one bit. He would happily kick one across the room out of fear, so he has kept it a secret. Thankfully no one knows he is scared of cats.

father: Chul Kyeong
siblings: Only child.
significant other (s): Uncle Sam [Not relation, Uncle is simply a title Dahn gave him].
pets: None.
heritage: Korean.
hometown: Born within Korea, Ulsan.
Moved to London at young age, then moved into school campus.
history
Dahn was born in Ulsan, a metropolis within Korea, here he grew up with his mother and father for the first few years. Living within the culture, though too young to fully immerse himself within it. At the age of three his parents moved to London due to work reasons, Dahn moved along with them and begun his new life in the foreign country. The family lived within a rather luxurious flat in the central of London, his father worked for the majority of the day while his mother stayed at home looking after Dahn. Time passed, and soon Dahn was heading into primary school, he was the average kid who enjoyed playing a bit of football with his friends and having meals with his family.
At the age of ten his first power begun to surface, this being the force field generation. During his years in school he had come to end up on the wrong side of a bully known as Ed, for whatever reason Ed had decided that today he would strike out at Dahn. Both were only young, yet still a childish fight broke out between the two of them. Dahn was no fighter at the time, and within seconds he was on the floor in pain as Ed carried on battering him. Filled with fear his power surfaced, and a faint aura warped in around him, hindering all of Ed’s strikes against him. Soon the violence stopped and the teacher pulled Ed away, feeling no more pain Dahn uncurled himself unaware of the force field that had developed around him. The teacher soon came to him and attempted to take his hand, though unable to pass the barrier.
At this time mutants were known of, though only barely. Unsure what should be done Dahn was taken to the head teacher’s office and his parents were soon called in, eventually Dahn was calmed down and the field fell away. The head teacher was unsure as what to do, though understood that if word was to get out Dahn’s life would not change for the better. With that the knowledge of his power was kept secret, though not well enough as within a few years Harring Gate would come to hear his name.
After that day Dahn begun his lessons in Tae kwon do, something which his life slowly begun to revolve around as it was the main way for his stress to be relived. The years flew pass with Dahn keeping his power a secret from all but his parents, and the people that had witnessed it. Though he did not use it when in the view of others he did spend time at night using it, attempting to gain control of the power which had saved him.
At the age of thirteen his second power became evident, the power occurred in the simplest of manners one day as he had reached out for a glass. As his hand moved out to the glass, the glass moved towards him. At first he thought he had seen things, then it happened with a fork at dinner, so he assumed he had used the force field in some unknown manner. Yet as it occurred more and more though the week he was sure it was not the same power, and soon begun to test it, soon it became obvious that the power was telekinesis. Something which he was quite excited about, possessing two powers, he himself had never met a mutant before and had assumed each would only gain one power. Much like in X-men, yet here he was with two, instantly he thought himself as special [even among mutants].
When he approached his fourteenth birthday two people had come to his house, asking to speak with Dahn and his parents. They had at first stated they were with the division with the police, and wish to talk about a crime that had occurred in the local area. ID was shown and with that they entered, Dahn was soon told to leave the room by his parents, though the guests requested him to stay. As they spoke it became obvious they were not police, though they apologized for the guise, and quickly addressed Dahn and his powers. Talking about a school that specialized in teaching people like Dahn how to control their powers, a thought that had never crossed his mind. That there may be a school for people like himself, he was instantly interested, though his parents did not buy it.
They requested to see the school, and it was arranged. Within the month the family toured around the school, seeing the facilities and Dahn was allowed to integrate with the other students. It became obvious that this school was where Dahn belonged, and so he his parents admitted him to the school. Now part of the school Dahn begun to excel with his powers, keeping himself separate from people at first and focused on increasing his power and control. On many occasions he would request time within the training rooms, which was often given as long as there was a teacher free to advise him.
Within the first six months he begun to change, becoming violent towards many students that had shown potential and talent. Fights begun, some he won, some he lost, though with each fight he felt his understanding increase. Many hours were spent in detention and slowly he lost the friends he had made, and gained the acknowledgment of people like himself. One person which he had come across much during his fights was Solomon Keyes, someone who had caught Dahn’s interest. His powers made interesting obstacles to overcome in combat, and the man himself was an interesting subject to compete against. It is easy to say that Solomon became one of Dahn’s prime targets, the fights normally even, some ended in Dahn’s favor, some ended in Solomon’s. In Dahn’s eyes however, there is no hate, Dahn bears no grudge against the man. The over way around he is not sure, it would be understandable if Solomon held some form of hate towards Dahn.
Eventually the fights became more than little scraps, when powers are thrown into the mix it is easy for buildings to become ripped apart. Dahn was soon given an internal exclusion, sealing him off from over students while counselors were able to talk to him and help settle his violent tendencies. After a month he was allowed back into the school, now with a cooler head than before, though the odd fight still occurred. He was no longer as violent or hot headed as he had become in the first few months of school.
During his second year his approach was a lot more relaxed, he still challenged the people with promising talent, though now in control fights with teachers controlling the situation. Instead of focusing upon his own development he begun to scout the school for talent, and people with similar thoughts as he. This was the start of the true rebellion, though still only an idea, it was something that would soon grow and have a strong governing factor within the school. The years trickled by, and the events with Amagi Miroku occurred, quickly catching Dahn’s interest though not having a massive impact upon himself.
For the time being he simply focuses upon the true rebellion and increasing its foothold within the school, though small and seen as nothing more than a group of delinquents soon it will become something a little more interesting.
